- Josep Ricart is seventy-four years old and has been living on Santa Clara Street for the past ten years. He has worked in almost every job imaginable, but what he talks about the most is his time as a DJ in nightclubs along the Costa Brava. That’s where he met his wife while she was working in a factory, and they would go out to the clubs together. He got married at sixteen and had four children. His eldest son passed away in Roses at the age of thirty-four while working as a plumber. His youngest daughter’s name is Eva. This is his story.
